What Yardroll is

Yardroll is a registry of landscaping businesses that work in Northeast Ohio, run by WeldonPC.com. It does no landscaping work, takes no jobs, passes on no leads and speaks for no business on the roll. The web address hastingslandscaping.com is only the address of this registry; it is not any landscaping company's website, and no business on the roll runs or endorses Yardroll.

Disclosure: Yardroll is run by WeldonPC, whose owner is related to the owner of a Northeast Ohio landscaping business. Ratings come only from signed-in client accounts whose writers confirm a paid job, and WeldonPC does not rate or rank businesses for pay.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older. One person per client account; give truthful answers.
Keep your password and recovery code safe. Yardroll sends no email, so a lost password can be reset only with the recovery code.
Yardroll may close an account that breaks these terms or the rating rules, for example one that rates businesses it never hired.

Listings

Only a person who owns or manages a landscaping business may list it, from a business account. The listing must be accurate and kept current.
By sending a listing you let Yardroll show it on the roll until you take it down.
Every listing is checked by a person before it appears and can be refused or removed when it breaks the rules or a dispute is upheld.

Ratings and answers

Ratings are their writers' own opinions and accounts of a paid job. Yardroll checks them against the rules before publishing; it does not verify each claim and does not adopt them as its own statements.
By sending a rating or an answer you let Yardroll show it until it is withdrawn or removed. You keep your rights in what you wrote.
Do not send anything false, anything that is not your own experience, personal information about anyone, or accusations of crimes. Yardroll may refuse or remove what breaks these rules.
Nobody can pay Yardroll to publish, remove, hide or reorder a rating.

Yardroll Plus

Plus costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, for client accounts. During the preview it is free for everyone and no payment is taken. When payments start, Plus is billed through PayPal and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; Plus then runs to the end of the period already paid. Prices will not change for a period you have already paid for.

No warranty

The roll helps you find and compare landscapers; it is not advice and not a guarantee about any business, its licenses, insurance, prices or work. Check those with the business before you hire. Yardroll is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not liable for losses arising from a hiring decision or from what others write on the site.

Problems

To object to a listing or rating, use its report link or the dispute form. These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio.
